Feedback privacy

This notice covers the shared feedback form for Time Farm and Habit Streaks. It does not replace each app’s privacy policy.

The form sends the selected app, feedback category, message and optional reply email through Google Apps Script to the developer at guchenko.n@gmail.com. A reply address is optional. We do not ask for a Google sign-in, account password, payment details or sensitive personal information.

The form does not send analytics events, save message drafts in browser storage, or write message content to a spreadsheet or request log. The server retains bounded request identifiers, content hashes, delivery status and quota counts to prevent duplicate sends and abuse. Duplicate detection covers today and yesterday; older day records are removed after a successful submission and can remain during inactivity. Messages themselves are retained in the developer’s mailbox to handle the request. Google processes the submission and email delivery as the service provider.

To ask about or request deletion of correspondence, email the developer from the reply address you used, where possible. Include enough information to identify the request, without sending passwords or full payment card details.
