Common questions
Pro doesn’t show up after purchase
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases with the Apple account you bought it with. Subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
A reward is waiting to sync
Stay signed in to the same account, go online and tap Retry on the focus screen. The reward is kept on this device until it syncs, so don’t delete the app meanwhile.
How do I delete my account?
Use account settings in the app. Deleting the account doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription.
Reminders and notifications
Turn focus reminders on or off in account settings. Notification permission is in iOS Settings → Notifications → Time Farm.
